Dawn on Oak Island

Oak Island, North Carolina is my favorite beach spot close to home.  One of its geographical features is a south-facing alignment so sunrises are equally visible to sundowns.  This gives me some photographic consolation when I have to venture out with the dogs when the sun’s just coming up.
